We had a steel seawall installed in 2005. We had to have it fixed in 2012, and it failed again in 2022! WED&H replaced the failing wall, and returned out entire shoreline back to perfection. They... told us the schedule of when the work was to be begin, and they showed up exactly when they said they would! They said it would be a month to do our project, and it was a month, almost to the day. They were responsive to email and SMS within a few hours! They were professional, even with our neighbors. Let me start by saying a "5 stars" rating isn't high enough!! I had been looking for someone to install a recycled power pole. It was very important to my husband whom is a disabled Veteran my... husband can proudly fly the America flag and the Marine Corp flag. Consumers energy left us an old power pole & said they would come back but never did. So, we searched but we couldn't find anyone to set it. Trust me I looked. Then comes this AMAZING Godly, Veteran supporting Company who did it as a showing of their appreciation to him for his Service to this Country. At no charge to us!! Many folks can say " thank you for your service", and that is so very much appreciated but to put those words in action, PRICELESS and healing!! Let me just say, they were outstanding. They sent a crew of 3. They had an auger to drill the hole 7 feet deep. Then this huge machine also switched out to lift this beast of a pole in the air, place iit gingerly into the hole. Then, they took a level to make sure it was perfect!! They truly have attention to detail in their work. They were so kind and professional and very well coordinated in the art, yes art of setting this huge pole. The foreman Gary was excellent. The assistants Liz and Andrew were extremely efficient and so very kind. They needed the water hose inorder to set the pole and Andrew actually hung it up on the pump!! He left it better than he found it! We would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. It is hard for a Military wife to see her husband suffer. It is very nice to see him physically supported in tangible acts of service. They put their words in action!! We would like to thank the owners of the very special company. So, if you are looking for anyone to trust with your business needs, give them a call!! Just call them and thank them! He has now raised his flag with his Service dog standing close by. I had a lot... of special requirements. Waters edge said they could handle anything I could throw at them. They didn’t lie. I was amazed at what we watched. 1. The crew each had a full skill set including front loader, barge captain and welding experts. They were personable, ON TIME, respectful of my property and maybe the hardest working team I’ve seen. 2. The process was really something to watch. From the giant barge bringing the supplies and front loader to the relatively quiet driving of the tall steel panels to the expert welding beads along the cap, it was a perfect system. They used my friend’s driveway barely and gifted him with a new, graded driveway with high end decorative gravel for their trouble. First Class! 3. Initially I thought it was pretty pricey, but when they were finished, I really thought I got the best end of this deal. A bargain for the work put in. This company did so many extras and were so focused on detail, that we’re more than satisfied. My property looks better than when they started. They graded the backfill so smoothly, I don’t need a landscaper to fix anything, including raking and seeding. That saved me good money. 4. Communication was perfect as well. I was given phone access to the foreman, front office and crew. They were extremely reactive to any inquiry I had. From the sale to the execution, I was well informed and there were no surprises. The price didn’t go up a penny. In a time when companies are so busy and unresponsive, Water’s Edge shines above the rest. I’ll put my reputation on the line and recommend them with full confidence. When we moved in 2014 we purchased a hoist from Jerry Wilson (the owner) when we bought our pontoon. His team has installed and removed our hoist annually for three years. He installed a new... non-wooden dock two years ago and it is terrific. Jerry had a wide variety of surfaces, prices and colors available. Jerry's team is incredibly professional and prompt. We need to insure the hoist is installed when we get the pontoon out of storage and they always meet the schedule for this to happen. He also timed the installation of the new dock and the annual installation of the hoist perfectly. We can't recommend him strongly enough!!!!!!read more

All I can say is that if you have any hoist needs, you should give Water's Edge a call first! We are getting our first new hoist this year. We believed that the dealer we purchased our new boat... from would sell us a properly assembled hoist in order to protect our new investment. Unfortunately, we were delivered a hoist that was missing parts and other components were assembled incorrectly! We reached out to the hoist manufacturer. They called Water's Edge who came right over to inspect our hoist and make the needed repairs. Water's Edge even followed up days later to make sure that everything was going well. Our now ex-boat boat/hoist dealer has yet to even apologize for delivering an unsafe hoist for a new boat that still has yet to be delivered. Thank you, Waters Edge!read more
