The Dockman Episode Three: Kayak Launch in Rochester Hills, Innovation Park Hills
In Episode Three of The Dockman, brothers Jerry and Garrick Wilson return to an install site over a year later to test out the EZ Dock Kayak Launch that was installed. The most challenging part about this project was getting the dock materials down to the waters edge, which is the Clinton River. Garrick was the team lead on this project and the used a tried and true method to get most of the smaller materials down to the site, which was floating them down from up the river. Work smarter not harder, right? This Kayak Launch is hidden deep within Innovation Hills Park, which is located in Rochester Hills Michigan. Construction of this park still continues as the City of Rochester is making this park a destination for anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors. There are many stops along the Clinton River for kayakers of all types and when the waters at the right level it really moves fast. Thanks for watching episode three!
